Publicity and Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about fantasy, romance and dystopian Young Adult and Adult books? Do you know your Colleen Hoover from your Scarlett St Clair? Are you a highly-organised PR and marketing expert, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail? 

We are recruiting for an entrepreneurial and confident Publicity and Marketing Manager immersed in the exciting YA and romance communities who wants to be part of a dynamic team responsible for the promotion of Sourcebooks - a growing global YA and general publisher who want to reach more readers in the UK. 

The Role: 

  • This new role is part of a small team of like-minded fiction trends experts who work closely with the US to plan and implement Publicity campaigns across all media and platforms. 

  • The role needs a strong creative thinker who understands what readers want from existing and new authors in the genre, and who will generate press coverage that resonates with fan bases to drive sales. 

  • You will be able to juggle numerous tasks and focus on achieving agreed deadlines and will have excellent coordination and collaboration skills. 

  • Existing relationships with key press contacts is essential.
