SEO Executive - DK Online Marketplace

Are you looking to join an innovative team accelerating online growth in international non-fiction publishing?

Search engine optimisation (SEO) and consumer insights play a crucial role in helping DK publish and position our books in a competitive online space. 

In the last few years, DK has invested in its e-commerce resources, and now we require a passionate and enthusiastic SEO Executive to join our Online Marketplace Team. You will help DK manage their online content and metadata, as well as test new ideas to stay at the forefront of online optimisation within the book category. 
 
You will perform a variety of tasks and have skills across three main areas: 
 
Technical Skills:
·    Knowledge of SEO content and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon     
·    SEO-optimised product copywriting       
·       Localisation of copy for different markets
·       Quality assurance and an eye for detail 

Analytical Skills:
·       Keyword research
·       Product, competitor and market analysis and repositioning opportunities
·       Measurement and reporting on the impact of activities
·       Testing and sharing key learnings from new features and ideas
 
Business & Communications:
·       Communicating clear actions based on data and market research
·       Leadership across projects and workstreams 
·       Evolving best practices and sharing learnings with relevant stakeholders
·       Working effectively with other teams on collaborative projects
 
This position will best suit someone with:
·       An experimental and innovative mindset who seeks out opportunities to improve current processes
·     Experience in copywriting and, ideally an understanding of SEO techniques and ecommerce platforms
·      Ability to adapt communication styles verbally and in writing, for consumer facing and business stakeholder 
·       Curiosity to learn and acquire new skills

Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.
