Editor

A specialist medical publisher based in London are urgently looking to hire an Editor to join their team. They not only publish specialist medical news, they also engage and interact with specialist medical communities via their websites, enewsletters, live and on-demand digital education projects, printed newspapers, and social media channels. The company also organises and delivers year-round medical education via livestream and on-demand channels.

The Editor is responsible for writing news articles for the website, eneweletters and publications. The editor will be responsible for creating and managing the content schedule and production cycle of one or two of their key publications.

Our client is looking for someone who is highly motivated and used to working with quick turnarounds as the Editor will need to produce and source medical news content. Excellent written and verbal skills will be key, and flexibility to travel across Europe and the USA will be essential as some of the content will be based on medical conferences which will need to be attended.

Direct interaction with industry professionals will be required so an approachable and professional manner will be essential to the role.
