Editor - Healthcare Magazines

We have a fabulous new opportunity to take a role in shaping the editorial direction of three market-leading healthcare magazines. The Editor role is quite wide ranging and will include managing two junior reporters to produce the best news and feature content for their websites which serve the healthcare community. With your second to none writing and editing skills you will set a news agenda, and will deliver exclusive investigations.  There will be bags of scope to work on new projects for the digital brands, such as roundtables, podcasts and social media campaigns as well as come up with ideas to keep improving the content and widen their reach.

The Editor will work with the Group Editor to set the editorial direction for the publications as well as work within a wider editorial team, which includes the company’s other healthcare publications.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with proven experience in health or trade journalism, with a track record of breaking exclusives and initiating and conducting investigations. A background in commissioning articles would be useful as would some line management experience as you will manage two junior reporters.
