Editorial Director

Our client is a B2B content marketing agency based in Central London and they are looking for an Editorial Director join their dynamic team. Working alongside a Creative Director, this is a senior leadership role responsible for both people management, editorial strategic management and client project management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the editorial strategy, delivery and quality for the agency
  • recruit, train, coach and manage the Editorial Team
  • Track and supervise all projects, as well as personally manage the delivery of key projects across different publications, surveys and content marketing programmes
  • Develop and integrate improved processes for the agency

Proven experience of working on survey-driven thought leadership content is absolutely essential, ideally with experience commissioning, writing and editing for digital platforms. The Editorial Director will be a proven people manager with a track record of writing research driven, insightful and creative content in a B2B agency, client-side or journalistic environment. Strong project management experience is crucial as well as strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident and proactive approach to engaging with clients.
