Editorial Director

Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting for an independent trade publishing company who have asked us to find an Editorial Director for Fiction.

Your role will be to acquire general commercial / literary reading group fiction for a core in-house imprint.

We’re looking for someone with several years’ experience acquiring fiction in this area with very good contacts in the literary agent community.

A good salary is on offer, which will depend on your experience, and you'll be be based part of the week from the company's London offices.
