Editorial Director - Non-fiction

The most EXCITING role has just landed at Inspired! We are looking for the most innovative, creative and boundary pushing Editorial Directors for a BRAND NEW non-fiction list!

This is one of those really rare opportunities to create a list from scratch but with the support of a large, successful publishing house behind you. Are you a trend spotter? Would you like to do more Ideas based commissioning? Would agents come to you with the next big author? We want to hear from you.

You will need to have experience in commissioning with agents and alone as well as strong negotiation skills. You must have also worked in multiple formats and have a good understanding of the digital arena.
