Our client in Central London, publishes the latest in scientific and medical research to enable medical professionals to make informed decisions on a clinical and operational level. They are now looking to hire an Editorial Director/ Publisher to lead the editorial, peer review and product teams within the organisation.
The ideal background will be in STM Journals or Reviews publishing and you must have strong leadership and management skills.
Key experience needed:
·Creating and implementing a 3 - 5 year strategy
·Editorial leadership and direction
·People Management - including developing, appraising
·Communication skills verbal and non-verbal
·Lead productive meetings
