Education Content Writer

We have an exceptional opportunity for an Education Content Writer to join an agency who support brands, charities and government organisations to connect with young people under 25. The business has successfully launched hundreds of programmes for young people, and develops engaging learning resources for this market. Our client offers a competitive salary and flexibility to either work remotely, in their London office (when it opens) or have a hybrid set-up of home/office.

The Education Content Writer will work in the Education space and will combine their prior teaching experience in UK schools with their strong writing talents to produce innovative learning resources and craft teacher-facing communications content for email and social media channels. With experience in writing education resources for a range of ages and subject areas, a familiarity with educational resources, formats like lesson plans, you will work across the board to create resources and content which will be used across the UK & Ireland.

The successful candidate will be a strong writer, with experience of classroom teaching in the UK education sector, ideally with previous experience working in primary or secondary schools. You will have a keen interest in evolving innovative learning techniques and a passion for writing. You will have exceptional communication, and copywriting experience beyond the classroom. This could be professional education resource writing or other examples that show your way with words. This is a superb opportunity for a former teacher looking to transfer their pedagogical insight and writing skills, and evolve their experience within a commercial, client facing organisation with a rewarding social impact.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
