Educational Sales Consultant

Are you a highly motivated consultative Sales professional at the early stages of your career with experience/interest in the education space? Our client, an innovative publisher of digital and online educational resources has an opportunity for a driven Educational Sales Consultant to develop new business opportunities for their International Schools business. This remote role will be based in the territory, ideally Cairo and for an initial period of 12 months, where the successful candidate will be employed as a Contractor (so would need to either be set up as a contractor already or happy to set themselves up as one.)

As Educational Sales Consultant you will work remotely as part of a friendly, supportive team and be responsible for achieving revenue growth through increasing sales and establishing new partnerships with International Schools across Egypt, promoting and selling the company's digital and online education products. As the 'face' of the sales team, and the first point of contact with customers, you'll own the customer relationships. You will use consultative selling techniques to generate new business through discussions with educators, librarians, and school leaders, strengthening relationships and closing deals to build a strong pipeline. Working with the Area Sales Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, Customer Success and Marketing leads you will devise and implement key account strategy across core territories.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a focused and hardworking approach and have proven experience of achieving sales targets and new business growth - the role would suit someone at the early stages of their career looking to pursue a career in sales or education with a prestigious organisation. As well as having excellent communication and presentation skills, the Educational Sales Consultant will have great insight into or an interest in the International Schools education sector in their territory and/or the digital learning landscape.
