ELT Sales Executive - Central & Eastern Europe

We have an exciting Field Sales Executive vacancy covering Central and Eastern Europe with a leading educational publisher. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and can be based either in the territory (where countries would be: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Balkans, amongst others) or in the UK (if prepared to travel frequently).

As the ELT Field Sales Executive for Central and Eastern Europe you will achieve revenue and sales targets through the promotion and sales of the company's key ELT products and solutions in ELT institutions, including Private Language Schools (PLS), state schools and Higher Education Institutions across Eastern and Central Europe. In this role you will also work with key resellers, bookshops and distributors to deliver product training and agree campaigns, negotiating terms and ensuring stock orders are maximised. You will maximise sales by analysing competitors, bringing in new business and understanding customers' needs, ensuring a good fit with the product. In this role you will be responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations, attending customer meetings and following through opportunities from consultation to conclusion.

We are looking for a consultative sales professional who has consistently delivered results, with a proven track record of sales success, ideally in the educational publishing industry, selling digital and print products. You will have lived and worked in the relevant territories and ideally be fluent in a relevant language alongside English. You will demonstrate experience of working in an ELT PLS or state school environment, preferably as a teacher. You will have fantastic communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal colleagues as well as customers. The successful candidate will be organised, with strong prioritisation skills. An understanding of the ELT market and teacher and student experience in language learning is highly valuable for this position. This role is a field sales position and will be home-based, with frequent travel within the assigned sales territory so a full clean driving license is necessary. The Sales Executive should ideally be located in the United Kingdom or in a Central or Eastern European country.
