Marketing Executive

Location: Boston, USA (please note we will only consider applications from those already based in the US).

Salary: $41000

Please note that unfortunately we are only able to consider applications from candidates already living in the State of Massachusetts. 

There will be an expectation to travel to the Boston office at least once a month to meet with colleagues and organise shipments of marketing materials to conferences and customers. 
Travel to conferences and events across the North America region will also be expected up to 3 times a year.

We’re recruiting!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our small team. You will be able to work from home, but there will also be a need to work regularly in our Boston office. As part of this team, you’ll be driving sales leads, nurturing and retaining existing customers and supporting usage in order to develop Emerald’s market position. 

Day to day we’ll trust you with: 

The development, delivery and analysis of marketing activities across multiple channels and help to plan conference activities for Emerald’s products and services in the North America region. 


  • Have the ability to understand and apply strategy to the role
  • Have the ability to work with colleagues at all levels and third parties
  • Deliver impactful and open communications, meeting deadlines
  • Create engaging copy and visuals for marketing activity
  • Have excellent marketing communication and organization skills
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience within a marketing role
  • Have knowledge and experience of organic and paid social activity for a company
  • Be comfortable with using Microsoft programmes and be a quick learner on other systems and processes.
