European Trade Account Manager | London. Our client, WW Norton, is looking to appoint an experienced publishing sales professional to their small, central London based team in the role of European Trade Account Manager. As a renowned, independent US publisher, the company has a wonderfully diverse trade list in addition to also representing the lists of several other small US publishers of high quality titles.
In this role, you will manage a number of key accounts in several European countries as well as a small portfolio of UK accounts, mainly in London. Based in the company's London office, there would be around 10 - 12 weeks' travel per year. Fluency in an additional European language is desirable but not essential.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will have solid relevant book sales experience, demonstrable organisational and communication skills and will enjoy building strong relationships with key buyers in your accounts. Your time management skills will be important in this role as will be your Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Applications from booksellers will also be considered.
A competitive salary & benefits package is offered, depending on experience.
This exciting position will suit a team player looking to join a highly successful and growing, influential and independent publishing company. For further details and a job description, please get in touch.
For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.
Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
