Events Administrator

Do you have strong administration experience with an interest in building a career in events? If so I currently have a fantastic part-time position for an Events Administrator to join our client, a leading and ambitious B2B media company in the food and drink retail market, based in London.

Your role will be to work collaboratively with your team and take ownership of event administration and support the delivery of great events. This will include:
- Processing bookings, liaising with suppliers and the team to manage deadlines
- Act as first point of contact and responding to enquiries and guest management for each event
- Supporting with pre and post event administration and working effectively to support the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration experience, the ability to manage schedules and prioritise tasks to support the team. The successful candidate will have demonstrable organisation skills, competency using Microsoft Office and be a proactive problem who enjoys building relationships.
