Events Manager

Our client, a charitable association for gem and jewellery professionals are seeking an Event Manager to join their team in London leading and project managing all events on a temporary basis starting immediately working on a hybrid basis working in the office 2 days a week as required.

The Role:

You will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of all events from brief through to review, including logistics, coordination and marketing of the association's annual conference, external events and presentations across the world. You will also assist with all marketing campaigns, direct marketing, email marketing, promotions, presentations, print collateral and digital marketing, which will drive student numbers.

Must haves:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning and executing events including conferences. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders is essential alongside the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
