We have a fantastic opportunity for to join a well known and established Audio company as a Executive Assistant. Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as an Administrative and Support Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be goal-oriented, and demonstrate a breadth of experience in various administrative or support roles. They will be expected to liaise with publishers and clients while performing day-to-day and ad hoc business projects, while working closely with the senior team.
As the Executive Assistant and Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of functions including managing invoicing and financial processes, creating sales and partner presentations, attending online meetings, managing diaries for key events, liaising with clients and partners, ensuring the correct data and content is received from content partners, and performing general office management.
To be successful in this role, you must exhibit initiative, professionalism, discipline, and customer service focus, to be able to plan effectively and manage changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Excel to an advanced level along with proficient administration and coordination skills, and have first-rate customer service skills, along with a high attention to detail. They will need to be highly organised and effortlessly multi-task, with strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
