Executive Search Researcher

Inspired Search are recruiting a Researcher to join the Executive Search division at Inspired Selection. We are an award winning recruitment and executive search consultancy celebrating 20 years in 2019.

Inspired Search is based in our offices in London Bridge, this role will report into the Directors of Inspired Search.

The core responsibilities of the role include conducting research, name gathering and mapping the market. This is a client and candidate facing role so experience beyond the desk research would be highly sought after. You will be attending client meetings and candidate interviews in order to take notes, gathering research and profiles for each new assignment that comes in and making contact with any relevant candidates.

Key skills required:

-Strong telephone manner
-Able to manage senior stakeholders
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Research skills
-Advanced Microsoft Excel
-PowerPoint
-Ideally experience or strong interest in the publishing sector
-Social media skills - in particular Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
