Writing Coach

Grow your career as part of a rapidly expanding book coaching company, with full training provided on site. No prior experience in coaching required.

You'll be part of a friendly 5 person team supporting a handful of budding authors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reading and providing feedback on client's writing.
  • Guiding clients through a curriculum of exercises designed to help them write their books.
  • Holding calls with clients in order to talk them through their sticking points.
  • Responding to messages from clients.

Job requirements:

  • You should live in London (this job is not remote).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be well organised and punctual.
  • A keen/ fast learner.
  • At minimum, an undergraduate degree in English/ Creative Writing.
  • You do not need to have written a novel yourself.
  • You do not need prior experience with coaching.

Salary bracket:

Starting at £1600/ month for the period of training, subject to raise based on performance.
