Foreign Rights Executive

An independent illustrated book publisher is looking for a talented and driven Foreign Rights Executive to join their team in Brighton.

 

Key duties:

  • To sell foreign rights to publishers/clients internationally
  • Reach and exceed sales targets across the illustrated adult lists in various territories
  • Increase business with existing and prospective customers
  • Travel to sales territories for up to 10 weeks every year

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous foreign rights or international sales experience required
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
  • First-class customer relationship skills, and excellent commercial awareness
  • Previous co-edition experience is desirable
  • Language skills would be an advantage
