Senior account manager

Four’s Culture team is the communications agency for culture and the creative industries. We are well-known throughout the country for our work with writers and artists, as well as our prizes, awards, galleries, museums, festivals, and place-making projects. We have a track record of creating, managing, and delivering high-profile, complex and striking multi-partner strategies and getting great results for our clients.

We are looking for a senior account manager with publishing experience to work on a variety of cultural projects with us. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management and execution of client programmes, including liaising with and updating clients on activity, producing media materials, creating content, writing concise reports for senior clients, and ensuring world-class results.

You will be a team player who is keen to get stuck in and help out on whatever is needed. Publishing experience is a must, along with solid knowledge of the arts media (from bloggers to national and trade media): broader experience and enthusiasm for all things cultural will be a big plus. You must be familiar with the various ways in which cultural clients can communicate with their audiences, including the creation and sharing of digital content. You must be comfortable speaking in front of the media while also being able to advise clients and manage a diverse network of audiences, stakeholders, and partners. A knowledge of languages other than English would be an asset.
