Global Open Research Support Executive

A prestigious global STM publisher is looking for someone to join their support team in this exciting Support Executive role! The team sits within the Author Services part of the business, being the first port of call for not only the article authors, but also the peer reviewers, external partners and stakeholders, as well as the editorial team internally. In this Support Executive position, you will be providing answers and support aiding all Open Access related queries whilst providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General team support, and acting as the point of escalation
  • Conducting monthly quality checks to revise workflows when improvements are identified
  • Working collaboratively with the team and external stakeholders to ensure the support team operates within business needs

This is a great role for someone who has a positive outlook and a proactive approach to problem solving, and someone who has admin or customer support experience and wants to get into scholarly publishing. Knowledge of the Open Access landscape would be beneficial, but is not essential. Get in touch for more information!
