Dealing with Customer Service enquiries professionally and promptly. Supporting the Marketing Operations Executive in social media, e-mail and other Marketing campaigns. To maximised subscription and consortia renewals. Utilising analytics to understand the efficacy of campaigns. Updating metadata and sharing it with agents, librarians and sales platforms. Administering foreign rights permissions and usage permissions. Assist with Open Access.
