Graduate Online Product Account Support

This is a role that supports the product account management team responsible for post-sale customer support.

Build and maintain relationships with Sales Managers. Liaise with Account Support team to enable access to online products post sale and ensure invoices are raised and delivered to customers within agreed KPIs. Monitor EMEA licencing inbox to ensure all sales licences are signed and filed promptly.

Manage department workflow through SalesForce. Monitor wholesalers inbox for orders and manage orders process. Respond to customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner. Support sales team with various admin tasks.

  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • European languages useful but not essential.
  • Customer Service experience
