Online Product Assistant (Education)

To assist the review of current digital products and recommendations to improve navigability, discoverability and accessibility. Help provide insight into who is using the products by creating and distributing usage reports using Google Analytics. Run user testing sessions, and use this knowledge to help define and test product enhancements. Provide general administrative support for the local team, including support for large cross-functional meetings. Support delivery of new product releases.

Working knowledge of web applications

• Experience working with online products and services
• Great customer /client service skills
• Proven skills in organisation, time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft
• Previous experience online academic and educational products is advantageous
• Technology publishing knowledge is advanatgeous
