Group Recruitment Manager

We have a fabulous new recruitment role, working for a leading, global media and publishing group. The Group Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the Company’s recruitment function, enhancing, and reinforcing the Group Employer Brand and driving a direct hire approach to keep overall recruitment spend low. The role will support hiring managers across the business across all selection and recruitment activity. 

This is a role driven to inspire and influence future talent to join this highly successful media Group, using an approach which is creative, inspiring, and cost-effective. It is a customer driven position that requires a high level of internal and external customer service and a strong understanding as to the needs of the hiring managers and prospective future employees. Our client offers flexible working.

We are looking for a someone with demonstrable experience in the recruitment industry, in a commercial environment, ideally from a media or B2B background.  You will have a sound knowledge or recruitment advertising methods with proven experience of managing online and social media led recruitment campaigns.  You will have experience of building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as experience of dealing with high volume workloads.
