Our client, a prestigious independent academic and trade publishing house has exclusively asked us to help in their search for a talented Group Sales & Marketing Director to manage all aspects of the company’s global sales and marketing.
This is a rare opportunity to help this well-established publishing company fulfil its future growth plans by reaching and engaging with new readers.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be joining the company’s senior management team and you’ll enjoy a broad remit to be involved in all aspects of Sales & Marketing, working closely with your colleagues based in the UK and the US to develop long-term strategies to drive the company’s global sales.
You will lead the Sales & Marketing team in developing new strategies to maximise the company’s potential across all markets utilising e-marketing, social media, subject communities, and partnerships, to engage the reader while ensuring their libraries support the demand.
Naturally, an excellent trade reputation and demonstrated publishing sales and marketing management experience are essential for this role.
This role is based at the company’s Suffolk headquarters. A competitive salary plus bonus potential is offered and some remote-based working is possible when the offices fully re-open.
