Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer looking for their next career move. Working across print, digital and audio, this role will be responsible for driving and delivering creative and effective campaigns to support the broader creative strategy for each book and author.

As a key member of the award-winning marketing department you will devise and implement your own innovative and effective campaigns primarily across the Hodder Fiction and Coronet lists, as well as the wider Hodder list, and supporting members of the marketing team on delivering integrated and innovative campaigns for some of our biggest brands.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate self-starter, with proven experience in a Marketing role, who can master details whilst also multi-tasking across a broad spectrum of campaigns that reflect the range of the Hodder list. You should have a proven passion for marketing and be excited about constantly improving the ways we connect our books with readers. You will be creative, organised and unflappable, with the ability to prioritise a varied to-do list and see the big picture. You should be digitally savvy with a flair for harnessing social media, an excellent copywriter, confident project manager and first-rate communicator.
