What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day running of the Enid Blyton publishing programme

Project manage young fiction series

Input new ideas into creative meetings

Commission authors, edit manuscripts, input into illustration briefs, check illustrations and layouts

Work with the Assistant Editor to compile Enid Blyton story collections

Write TIs, cover copy, marketing copy as required

Manage schedules, liaising with design and production

Oversee sensitivity updates

Draft acquisitions documents, including costings

Write cover briefs

Draft contracts

Liaise with marketing, rights and publicity teams

The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
