A confident and well-connected self-starter, you will be embedded in the Communications team, but will work closely with our Commercial Non-Fiction imprints to feed into growth strategy, alongside working on a diverse range of titles from cookery, wellness to celebrity non-fiction.

You’ll play a crucial role in every step of a book’s journey, from acquisition to publication and beyond – devising and communicating first-rate, integrated marketing plans, creating eye-catching and impactful media campaigns and creatives, collaborating with retailers and influencers, planning and implementing paid and organic digital campaigns, working with partners and third-party stakeholders, maintaining excellent relationships with authors and agents, and reporting on campaign performance.

This role will have one line report, with future potential for growth in this area depending on experience.

Who we are looking for
