HE Sales Representative (Northern England)

Looking to take the next step in your academic or higher education sales career with a leading global academic publishing company? This renowned publisher is looking to appoint an organised Higher Education Sales Representative to this important territory, northern England. Home-based in the territory you will be part of a friendly and dynamic team, and responsible for building an adoption base across the North of England.

As the Higher Education Sales Representative for the North of England, you will visit and manage university accounts across northern England, presenting a range of print and digital products to existing customers and develop and nurture new prospects. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue through various sales channels including campus bookshops, online retailers and directly to students. Maintenance of the CRM system is essential, as is communicating sales activity, leads and progress on a regular basis. With your consultative sales approach you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key contacts widely across academic departments and higher education institutions. You will be able to build on your existing consultative sales experience and project management skills in a role you can really make your own.

Highly analytical, you will be a fantastic communicator with strong negotiation and organisation skills and the ability to close the deal.
