Head of Amazon Operations (Colchester)

Our client, a large Trade Publisher, has created a brand new role to perform the role of Head of Amazon Operations based in their distribution site in Colchester. Reporting into the Head of Customer Service you will be managing the amazon business to deliver consistently to the highest standards of customer service and focus on compliance and problem resolution. You will have a proven track record in successfully implementing change management projects and identifying opportunities.
Key skills required:
* Excellent leadership and management qualities to encourage staff productivity and to achieve KPIs
* Proven track record in customer service and the ability to train staff to adhere to the level of excellence the company sets
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
* Proven track record of managing end to end business processes
* Promote and implement the visions and values of the Business and to ensure they are understood and applied by all staff
* Successfully lead and implement operational change management projects
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with Amazon or other large e-commerce retailers.
