A leading global Educational publisher based in Oxford is seeking an ambitious and pioneering Head of Content Management to drive forward their content strategy to a digital first work flow. This role is an initial 6 month contract with a view to extension.
The Head of Content Management will be at the forefront of devising and implementing the content transformation strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in the delivery approach whilst grow capabilities and motivate an existing team, creating a clear digital first strategy. Positioning yourself at the heart of the teams internally, you will help to shape the editorial, design and production work flows, interfacing closely with technology teams and digital asset management systems. Not only will the Head of Content Management be responsible for implementing key technology across the division, they will also manage the changing culture, and ensure best practices and processes across the teams for the consistent digital first delivery of projects.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record, ideally in the Educational publishing space, of successfully creating and implementing a digital change agenda as well as a wealth of experience in designing digital products and services that solve both conventional and complex business solutions. The ideal Head of Content Management will have deep expertise in delivering digital technologies using Agile methodology and will need to have superb interpersonal skills, experience leading an innovative team and have a passion for forward thinking digital transformation.
