Head of Divisions Administration

Are you an enthusiastic administrator with line management experience? A leading professional membership organisation operating within the legal sector are now seeking a Head of Divisions Administrator to join the team based in offices in Central London on a hybrid working pattern, 2-3 days a week.

We are looking for an organised individual who has strong communication skills. This person will lead a group of administrators to project manage high profile individuals within the legal profession who volunteer for our client to develop a range of activities, from policies to events. This person will be a point of contact to 4 key direct reports as well all committee members to ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Finding key note speakers for events
  • Database and spreadsheet management
  • Support external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that committee activities adhere to procedure
  • Reviewing procedures and policies

The successful candidates will have high level of administration and proven experience with line management. This role will involve some travel for conference attendance and so willingness for occasional travel would be ideal. We are looking for someone who is resilient, strategic in thinking and logistical.
