This clever publisher uses its content to create various products including books, stationery, gifts as well as digital content and online training. It is an integral role with responsibilities that encompass the full marketing mix and range from brand building and PR to social, paid for advertising and e-commerce campaigns.
The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role within the company and you will have responsibility for all marketing activities across products (B2C and B2B). The position involves developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to build and strengthen brand, engage existing customers and drive profitable sales. Key responsibilities include: developing commercially creative consumer campaigns using the whole marketing mix, establishing and evolving key brands, people managing a team of 3, effective analysis of results and working within agreed timelines and budgets.
The successful Head of Marketing will have significant consumer marketing experience and proven experience of managing marketing teams, and budgets but also be hands on. You will be passionate and creative, an ideas-person with good copy writing and communication skills and very enthusiastic about working with media and across products. You will have excellent planning and reporting skills as well as a working knowledge of email marketing platforms, and an interest in developing entrepreneurial approaches to marketing activity.
