Head of Sales - Children's Books

Head of Sales | Trade | London.

Do you have demonstrably significant experience within the UK Children's Market and proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders? If so, one of the leading trade publishing houses, based in London, is looking to appoint a highly experienced Head of Sales to lead their sales team and to develop first class relationships with their key retail partners and to drive their competitive edge.

You will play an important role in the strategic development of the division and will work closely and report into the Group Sales Director.

Responsibilities will include:

·Delivery of overall divisional sales and profit
·Development and delivery of divisional sales strategy
·Creating dynamic ways of working with all group sales departments - home and international
·Team management, development and leadership

You will have proven accountability for driving revenue and profit and will have solid experience of managing, motivating and developing your team. Experience of developing and implementing business strategies is a must and you will currently have great relationships at a senior level in retail.
