Head of UK Sales Operations
Inspired Selection are currently looking for a Head of UK Sales Operations - This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading, London-based publisher.
As Head of UK Operations, you will be leading a strong team whilst being responsible for implementing and managing processes in support of all Sales regions with a big focus on Amazon key accounts. Understanding their process and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including their distributors and publishers whilst improving supply chains.
The Head of UK Sales Operations will review and set pricing strategy; manage the annual price review process; agree operational strategy for the business concerning Amazon, and facilitating the movement of stock. You will be required to attend meetings and feedback to the business, ensuring open communication between all relevant parties. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate familiarity with stock and distribution processes and will have strong line management experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and understanding of implementing and improving operational processes, you will have substantial experience gained working with Amazon and able to handle large volumes of data along with displaying excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint are essential and first class commercial awareness is key for this role too.
