Higher Ed Field Sales Rep

A prestigious academic publisher has an opening for a Higher Education Sales Representative to join their team. This is a home based field sales role responsible for selling academic publications and digital products into universities in the London and South East. 

Key duties:
•           Manage sales of textbook and digital adoptions to universities in London and South East. 
•           Build strong consultative relationships with lecturers and department heads 
•           Manage leads and opportunities on a CRM database 
•           Collaborate with colleagues across the business
•           Stay informed of new trends in the academic market 

Experience / skills required:
•           Experience in academic publishing or a relevant sales rep role
•           Strong communication skills and the confidence to sell to academics
•           A team player with a collaborative working approach
•           Ability to manage your own schedule and use initiative
