This is a tremendous opportunity to join a leading educational publisher in a highly desirable sales role. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced sales executive (Learning Consultant) who will join their Higher Education (HE) UK Sales team, covering the Ireland & Scotland territories. This is a home-based field sales role.
In this role, you will promote key products and courseware solutions at Higher Education institutions to maximize revenue and achieve agreed annual sales goals.
• Visiting the main HE institutions within the territory to promote all relevant products and courseware solutions in digital and print format.
• Working with all key stakeholders to retain and roll all existing business across the territory and upsell to direct/digital where possible.
• Follow up on all qualified new business and upsell opportunities.
With proven success and experience in a field sales role, or experience in a sales role within educational publishing, you will have excellent negotiation and communication skills and will have the drive necessary to achieve results. Your first-class customer focus will be important and this role requires someone to be flexible, able to travel throughout the territory (when able to do so). You will need to have a full driving license for this position.
