HR Business Manager/Advisor (ER)

This is an exciting opportunity to work for this international company and join the HR team for a candidate with experience working in a dynamic organisation. Employee relations experience.

To work in partnership with key internal stakeholders to provide a high standard of HR services to help shape, develop and deliver strategic plans and solutions in line with the priorities and needs of the business. Operating as the department HR expert to provide advice, guidance and support to staff and managers.

  • Guidance to managers and staff on all employee relations
  • Support the Head of HR and VP of HR in the delivery of strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong productive and commercial working relationships
  • Maintain and build strong working relationships with the Global HR teams
  • Responsible for the full employee engagement/life cycle from recruitment and selection
  • Maintain the exiting programme for leavers to analyse data to best inform the business on future strategy
  • CIPD
  • Strong communication skills with confident delivery.
  • Proficient using HRIS software
