A leading independent publishing company has asked us exclusively to find an HR Director. This is a senior role responsible for human resources in the UK division of a well-established and highly regarded publishing house.
Your role as HR Director will be to manage change, organisational development and talent retention; oversee learning and development; work with hiring managers on recruitment processes; manage a small team and report on developments in HR to senior stakeholders.
This rare opportunity will suit a talented HR professional with a background in publishing or related media.
An excellent remuneration and company benefits are on offer to the successful candidate. You’ll be based from the company’s London offices a minimum of 2 or 3 days per week.
