Desk Editor

Icon Books is a leading independent trade publisher of thought-provoking non-fiction, with a wide range of titles across areas including Popular Science, History, Memoir and True Crime.

We are currently looking for an organised and motivated desk editor to join the team. This role will mainly involve copy editing and proofreading. It will also involve structural/developmental editing and project management. The ideal candidate will be a confident and skilled editor who is excited by Icon’s list of titles.

This position is available on a remote or hybrid basis, and the successful candidate could be based at either the Stroud or London office.
