Impact Administrator
A renowned educational publisher based in Oxford is looking for an administrator to support their strategy team which evaluates the impact of their educational products. This is a busy and exciting role and an ideal opportunity for an editorial assistant, marketing assistant or administrator to join a leading publisher.
Key duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team and track budgets
- Coordinate, monitor and track tasks, creating documentation and following best work practices
- Liaise with all stakeholders, colleagues, suppliers and freelancers
- Implement communication plan, ensuring it is optimised
- Edit and proofread documents
- Draft reports and monitor competition
Experience / sklls required:
- Some experience as an editorial assistant, marketing assistant or administrator is desirable
- Experience working in a project team is a bonus
- Excellent organisation with the ability juggle and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
- Solid communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
- A professional, diplomatic and flexible attitude
- Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
