Impact Administrator

We have an exciting new role for an Impact Administrator to join a global educational publisher based in Oxford. This is a fantastic position for someone with strong administration and organisational skills to support staff within the team, whilst also being able to make aspects of the role their own.

The purpose of this role is to support staff with administration, project coordination and competitor analysis. You will be working really closely with the Head of Department, with responsibilities that could include:
- General Administration, Diary Management and Bookings
- Project Management and coordinating schedules
- Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Supporting with editorial tasks such as proof-reading
- The ability to get involved in Marketing, Research projects and a variety of other tasks.

We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong organisation and communication skills, who is able to work to tight deadlines and take a proactive approach.

This role would be suitable for someone looking to get into Educational Publishing with strong administration experience and would enjoy the variety and flexibility of tasks.
