Implementation Consultant

There is a new incredible opportunity to join the Library team of a leading global academic publishers as their new Implementation Consultant! This is a fantastic role that has been created as part of the team's expansion plan, and it will focus on helping new international clients with the platform implementation and onboarding phase.

Reporting to a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the technical onboarding of new clients, helping answering product related enquiries and providing technical support and training to clients
• Assisting with the testing phase of product extension
• Investigating and reporting product bugs
• Communicating customer feedback to product team

We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, but most importantly, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-specialist audiences and new clients. It would suit someone coming from IT support or web development and looking for a more customer-focused role in the exciting world of digital publishing. Familiarity with Agile methods and knowledge of another european language would be an added bonus, but is by no means an essential requirement.
