Implementation Support Manager

We have a great new opportunity to join the Academic Sales team of a leading global publisher as their Implementation Support Manager! This is a newly created role that will focus on helping new customers with the delivery of the company's online courses and supporting them during the onboarding phase. The company offer a generous salary, benefits and either remote or office working, based out of the London, Oxford, Reading or Manchester hubs. Note, there is the expectation to come together as a team in London twice a month.

Working cross-functionally the Implementation Support Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of the company's courses to Higher Education institutions. You will have the chance to:

  • Ensure a smooth customer onboarding process
  • Directly support customers and end users as needed, resolving queries where possible
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for all support areas
  • Upskill and share knowledge with the team
  • Process and present relevant usage data
  • Record customer needs and regularly report back to the Head of Digital

The ideal Implementation Support Manager will be someone with experience in sales support/sales operations and/or implementation/training, but most importantly, will be someone with excellent customer service and communication skills. It would suit someone coming from a customer support role looking for a new opportunity in the exciting world of publishing. Familiarity with key issues and industry standards around data protection, data privacy, and accessibility would be really helpful. To find out more about this pivotal role, get in touch ASAP!
