An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Inside Sales Rep (Scandinavia) to join a leading Educational publisher. This position offers hybrid working, being based in our clients' bright, modern offices in Hampshire ideally 2 days per week - they are a commutable distance from London, Reading or Oxford.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the main purpose of this role is to promote all Higher Education products and carry out follow up activity with institutions in Scandinavia to maximize revenue and achieve agreed sales goals, through all channels including distributors, campus bookshops and direct to institutions and academics.
The ideal Inside Sales Rep will be commercially minded with excellent communication skills, and a successful track record in telesales, customer service or a similar sales role. You must be highly motivated and well organised, with good time management and planning skills. Ideally you will have sales experience within educational or higher education publishing and/or experience of selling digital and print products. Experience of using a CRM database and giving product demonstrations would be advantageous but is not essential. Danish or Swedish language skills would also be a big plus!
