We have a fabulous new role working for an award-winning children’s publisher. Do you have a real passion for selling and promoting fantastic books for the Children’s sector? Reporting to the Global Operations Director, could you lead this small, highly successful Rights team, selling co-editions and Rights in specified territories? Our client publishes brilliantly designed and innovative titles for babies, toddlers and young children.
We are seeking applications from experienced Rights sales professionals who would be keen to lead the International Rights team with this exciting publisher. You must have demonstrable International Rights experience and a consistently high level of customer service. Strong presentation, negotiation and communications skills are a must have and relevant foreign language skills will be a plus.
The successful candidate will manage existing accounts via book fairs, international travel and email and will also be tasked with seeking new sales leads to grow the customer base and revenues.
The role will ideally require 2 days in the office, unless on sales trips, and the remainder can be remotely worked. The company offers an excellent salary and benefits package with this position.
