International Sales Coordinator
Are you passionate about children’s publishing and looking to contribute to a growing global brand? I am looking for an enthusiastic International Sales Coordinator to join an American trade publisher in their central London offices. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, a passion for publishing and the willingness to learn and adapt to challenges as they present themselves.
Key duties:
• Liaise with Warehouses in the UK and Australia and monitor stock levels.
• Respond to customer queries, process orders and handle invoices.
• Identify new business opportunities and streams of revenue with new and existing customers.
• Create sales reports on sales activity using sales and inventory systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues from the Design, E-commerce and Sales team.
Experience / skills required:
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Previous publishing experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous sales/international sales experience is desirable.
• Good IT Skills and ability to analyse sales data.
• Ability to work independently but contribute to a larger global team.
