International Sales Director

A rapidly growing publisher of children's books is looking to appoint an experienced and exceptional International Sales Director to drive the future strategic growth of the company. This new senior position will be responsible for developing the growth of business and business profitability worldwide. The challenge will be to build a UK sales team as they open their UK office next year. With a demonstrable track record of commercial and sales success, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and be used to making key decisions. Able to challenge and influence at a senior level, you will you will also have first class presentation skills; sound financial nous; and a high standard of communication, negotiating and people management skills.
