International Sales Director - Children's Books

Due to rapid growth, a successful publisher of children’s books is looking to appoint an International Sales Director to lead and develop the brand and build a successful team.  This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to be part of the senior management team of this new company and help to drive the business forward whilst building their UK team.

With your vast experience and network, you will drive sales on a global level, and build a strong and successful sales team, with a view to maximising profitability and building the brand. You will develop and maintain international business relationships and build a strong sales pipeline.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious and commercial international sales professional looking to be part of successful organisation with ambitious growth plans.

The successful person will have relevant demonstrable experience from an international sales background from a trade publishing background, ideally children’s publishing.  You will be a leader with strong management and negotiation skills and the ability to build a strong sales team. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must for this role as is the confidence to work with senior level customers on a global level.

This role carries an excellent salary, bonus and benefits package with the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing children’s publishing company. This roile will also require considerable traveling and will be based from home
